Famous Innovations acquires Three Bags Full

The Mumbai-based brand solutions company will be completely absorbed under Famous Innovations, including all its employees and clients

Famous Innovations has acquired a Mumbai-based a brand solutions company Three Bags Full. Three Bags Full will be completely absorbed under Famous Innovations - including all its employees and clients. 

Launched in 2014, Three Bags Full was founded by Akshay Menon and Sandeep Iyer, and has partnered with brands such as Doormint, Axis Bank, Sarva, Balaji Wafers, Times Group among others.

Commenting on the acquisition, Raj Kamble, Founder & CCO, Famous Innovations, said, "At Famous, we've always tried to blur this boundary between the so-called ‘mainline’ and ‘digital’. Menon and Iyer first collaborated with Kamble on a project and the relationship grew from there. Prior to founding Three Bags Full, Menon and Iyer have each spent close to a decade in advertising across agencies like Ogilvy, DDB Mudra, respectively.

According to Menon and Iyer, "Famous' journey has been a big inspiration to us in the way they have grown in a short period of time. With them we see a larger canvas to do the things we've always wanted to do… In their company, we've felt a live-wire entrepreneurial energy and could not have hoped for a better synergy. Here's to a steady stream of crazy cool ideas."
