Mirum has appointed Nagaraj Rao as the Director of Marketing Automation Practice.
Rao comes with more than 25 years of experience, of which 11 years were with IBM India, as the Retail Delivery and e-Commerce Practice Leader, where he was managing a large global delivery operation.
