V>Engage, a Gurgaon-based media communication agency, has announced the appointment of Raju Markandeya as its Chief Executive Officer (CEO). In his new role, Markandeya will focus on driving growth and expanding the business for the brand.
Markandeyaâ€™s focus will be to capitalise on the groupâ€™s existing client base with the help of innovative technology-backed solutions.
Markandeya joins V>Engage from Kinetic Advertising and comes with over two decades of experience in advertising and media industry across finance, commercial, trading, operations and business strategy functions. He has also worked in Grey Worldwide for 16 years and his last stint was with Kinetic Advertising-WPP Group for eight years, the OOH specialist agency.
Along with Markandeya, the specialist agency has also invested in some of the senior talent with a collective group experience of over 100 years and managed both global and national brands such as Lufthansa, Google, Amex, Ford, HSBC, VW Group, Castrol, Samsung, Reliance AMC, Abbott, Facebook, etc. in their earlier assignments. The agency is expected to recruit additional talent in the next couple of months.
