Mondelez India showcases the joy of sharing in its new campaign

This festive season, Mondelez India has yet again launched a heart-warming campaign taking forward the proposition of ‘Kuch Achha Ho Jaaye, Kuch Meetha Ho Jaaye’. Conceptualised by Ogilvy and Mather, the ad is set on a Diwali evening and features a young couple and their old and grumpy neighbour.

The TVC features actors, Saba Sultana, Amol Parashar along with Tinnu Anand, which brings back fond memories of the much loved ‘Khadoos Chacha Ad’. A couple decides to offer their neighbour some chocolates. The old man who doesn’t want to be disturbed and has a signboard outside his house saying “No borrowing, no disturbance, no strangers.” He is surprised to see the couple, but their sweet gesture touches his heart, and he opens the door to his house for them.

This Diwali, we hope to celebrate the generous instinct in everyone, showcasing how such moments go on to strengthen human relationships.”

New bonds can be created. This film is about how a young couple who decide to visit their grumpy neighbour knowing fully well that he may not appreciate company. It is a sweet story of how this couple manages to melt his heart by wishing him ‘Happy Diwali’ with Cadbury Celebrations. It manages to bring alive the beautiful spirit of the festival in a way only Cadbury can."

The company has also designed an e-commerce innovation using personalisation to take the gifting experience a notch up. Consumers will be able to personalise their heartfelt messages digitally to create a truly special personalised gift for their loved ones.
