Nivea, a leading brand in men’s skincare in India, has signed Bollywood actor Ranveer Singh as its new face for Nivea Men. Singh, with his stardom and popularity, is expected to help the brand directly communicate to young India and create further aspiration for Nivea Men in India.

Neil George, Managing Director, Nivea India, said, “Singh personifies the young India and embodies Nivea Men’s characteristics of being a powerhouse of talent and an achiever, who is straightforward yet quirky, confident but approachable, masculine but self-effacing, and above all caring. Nivea India is addressing the young, modern consumer and this is a step towards tapping into the trend of ‘modernity’ and Singh is the perfect evangelist for the brand to increase its engagement with the young India.”
For the first time, a brand will showcase the unexplored and sensitive facets of Singh’s personality of being inspiring buddy, caring, modest and at the same time leverage the modern, dynamic, spontaneous and quirky side of the superstar that is known to the world. Singh will be actively involved in a series of marketing and customer initiatives apart from being featured in the brand’s advertising and digital campaigns. The association started with the launch of Nivea Men’s innovation in deodorant segment on August 4 and will be followed by a multimedia campaign starting August 10.
Nivea Men has a range of caring products, especially developed for the male skin and the brand believes that if men feel good in their skin, they have the confidence to achieve more. Nivea Men is present in nearly 150 countries.
