Goibibo India has announced the launch of its upgraded loyalty programme, ‘GoCash+ Rewards’. The new programme offers additional value propositions to earn and redeem more GoCash+ and add travel benefits to enhance the overall booking experience on Goibibo.
The new programme allows members to earn more GoCash+ based on an extensive range of activities such as referrals, hotel reviews, hotel Q&A, sync contacts, updating member profile, business profile, social gratifications and bookings on the platform. Now, Goibibo members can elevate to the next level even faster by actively engaging on the app and enjoy all the additional travel benefits offered in each rewards slab. The earned GoCash+ can be simply redeemed to access an extensive portfolio of travel perks like free hotel room upgrades, seat selections, airport lounge access, meals on flight bookings, free insurance on flight bookings and other privileged services like GoCars and GoVouchers.

The redesigned Goibibo app has a new ‘Earn’ page that records member’s earnings of GoCash+, the primary reward currency of Goibibo and displays the redeemable rewards. Members can engage into various activities and earn GoCash+ spontaneously. Within this segment, users are categorised into tiers like bronze, silver, gold, platinum and titanium on the basis of their spend on the platform and GoCash+ earnings, calculated over a period of 12 months. Each tier has added lucrative benefits for travellers to redeem for future bookings on the platform. Through this new feature, the customers will be able to use the remaining cash in their wallet in one transaction.
