MTV has launched a new love-based reality show titled ‘Date to Remember’ with Bigg Boss 10 fame Manu Punjabi and Nitibha Kaul as hosts. Nine male contestants are participating with their girlfriends but with a twist.
The show will air every Thursday at 8pm.
Santosh Gupta, Managing Director, Celocity Entertainment, said, “I have a feeling that ‘Date to Remember’ will be at peak viewership in no time. It’s a new trendy show for the young audiences. We all know about the crazy attention MTV shows enjoy with the youth. This concept has never been explored on the Indian television before.”
The auditions for the show were captured and showcased exclusively on digital platforms like YouTube, Facebook and Twitter. Auditions happened in Jaipur, Agra, Surat, Delhi, Dehradun, Patna, Ranchi, West Bengal, Nagpur, Jodhpur, Ajmer, Hyderabad, Chandīgarh and Jammu and Kashmir.
The show is produced by Celocity Entertainment in association with Promonin Media, singer Indeep Bakshi and Easemytrip.com. The creative directors are Santosh Gupta and Sarabjeet Anand. Park Ridge Resort Rewari by Sunar is the venue partner and Dominos is the food partner.
