Irshad Kamil, The Ink Band come together to create magic on My FM's weekend show

My FM has introduced a new show on the weekend with Irshad Kamil and The Ink Band. Kamil and his band together have created eight brand new songs, which will be released on My FM in the show.

It is India’s first poetry band, formed with a bunch of talented musicians along with Kamil. This is the first time that he is appearing on radio, unveiling his rhythmical songs.

Once a week, the entire band with Kamil will come on air and talk about poetry/ Kamil’s life story/ his lyrics and stories and release one song in that episode. The one-hour weekly content will be broadcast in the morning from 10 am to 11 am on Saturdays and the same will be repeated in the evening from 8pm to 9pm. Once all episodes are over, it will be made available on My FM’s Facebook page.
