Leon said, “At Indigo Consulting, we are constantly trying to better the great momentum we have built up across the last three quarters. As the fourth industrial revolution spurs our customers along to evolve and meet expectations of their digital customers, bringing in key talent across our BSFI, hi-tech, FMCG, retail, Fashion & Lifestyle projects was necessary. Paul, Chetan and Alifiya are highly established leaders who deliver our promise to customers. I am confident that they will lead by example and set higher quality benchmarks every day.”

Dueman’s new mandate is to lead business development, account management, sales and strategy functions for Indigo Consulting’s digital transformation business, nationally. All business and account management teams for Indigo’s digital transformation business, across the Mumbai and Gurugram offices, report to him. He joins from Lowe Lintas’ digital services division Linteractive, where he was the Executive Vice-President and National Planning Head for Brand and Solutions. At Linteractive, he led marketing, communications and engagement strategy across varied product and service categories.

Dueman said, “Indigo Consulting promises to be an exhilarating ride. For me, 2018 will not be just about ‘more business as usual’. We will lead conversations with clients across departments to solution experiences for their customers, right across the buying journey. It isn’t about single channel delivery anymore, but about a solution-based approach that impacts our client businesses in a thoughtful and measurable manner. The focus is to create experiences and conversations that consumers want to engage with. With our strong in-house technology delivery capabilities and the rich multi-discipline practise expertise at hand, I am confident that our solutions and product development will deliver on the voice and needs, of our clients and their respective consumers.”

Thaker, armed with a Master’s degree in Computer Science, has over decade-long experience in technology-led solutions across BFSI, Corporate Communication, eCommerce, online music streaming and a variety of other niche sectors. His last stint was with VML where he has heading the project delivery team, prior to which he has also worked at companies such as Network18 and V2 Solutions. Thaker’s appointment closes the loop for Indigo Consulting’s vital customer success team – the team that ensures clients are set up for success and derive value of their partnership with Indigo Consulting. All the customer success directors and managers report to him.

Thaker said, “In today's world, customer success goes a lot deeper than a short-sighted partnership. Digital partners are continuously pushing boundaries on innovation and customer success leading to a successful business transformation agenda. That requires a world-class customer-focused organisation like Indigo Consulting, which is investing in the resources to make that happen. I am thrilled to be a part of this journey.”

In her new role as the Lead, UX Consultant, Naik will bring in fresh thought leadership to the already acclaimed UX practice at Indigo Consulting, which enables customers adopt relevant and cutting-edge user experience principles for all digital-asset building work that is delivered by Indigo. Her last stint was with Manulife, a leading Canada-based financial services group, based in Hong Kong, where she was responsible for consumer experience, usability, innovating new digital journeys. She has worked in different countries such as Thailand and Japan. She has 12 years of experience across global giants like TATA Consultancy Services (TCS) and Mphasis, in addition to Manulife.

Naik said, “In Indigo, user experience is embedded within the company culture that allows the team to participate in conversations early on, get valuable insights and witness our customers’ growth and development over time. With digital design having no boundaries today, the environment at Indigo nurtures experimentation of new ideas and design strategies and allows its people to introduce something new into their routine work. We need to stop worrying about proving the value of design and just focus on outcomes that provide value, something I look forward to doing here.”

We will continue to invest in expanding our teams and infuse them with best-in-class talent to ensure ‘customer success’.”
