FMCG giant ITC has called for a consolidated digital pitch, including search engine, social media, digital creatives and all other verticals. The mandate will also include the CRM part of ITC’s business.

GroupM, Dentsu Aegis Network, IPG Mediabrands and OMD are said to be in the final round of the pitch, which is currently underway in Bangalore.
Earlier this year, Maxus (now a part of Wavemaker) had won the media account of ITC from Madison World. The digital account of the company is split between Madison World and GroupM, currently.
ITC is one of the few companies that are consolidating digital duties with a single agency network. Auto giant Maruti and FMCG company Godrej were the initial ones.
