A+E Networks | TV18 has announced the appointment of Jayesh S. Gokalgandhi as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). In his capacity as a CFO, Gokalgandhi will be handling the finance function and will be reporting to Avinash Kaul, Managing Director, A+E Networks | TV18 President, Strategy, Product & Alliances, Network 18.
Gokalgandhi is a Chartered Accountant who comes with over 17 years of experience in the finance and media industry. His last stint was as CFO with Colosceum Media. In past he has worked in Endemol Shine India and Portland Outdoor (Group M).
Commenting on the appointment, Kaul, said, “Jayesh will play a pivotal role in the transformational journey of A+E Networks|TV18 and his involvement will help us drive the financial performance of the entity. His background in production comes in handy as AETN 18 channels scale up the localization agenda of original content in India.”
