Integrated human centric business design firm, DYWorks, has further strengthened its design thinking offering by making two new appointments – Dhaval Shah and Tanvi Shah. Both Dhaval and Tanvi bring years of valuable cross-functional experience that fits well with DY's focus on building teams with diverse, multidisciplinary talent.

Dhaval has an MBA in Design Strategy from the California College of Arts and an MS in Computer Science from the University of Southern California, Los Angeles. This puts him at the unique intersection of business, design and technology. He has over 13 years of experience in technology, designing, coding and delivering complex software systems in the field of 3G and 4G mobile networks in Silicon Valley, San Francisco Bay Area. Dhaval has previously founded his own company, Abir, a business design consultancy.

Tanvi holds a Master’s degree from London Business School and has previously worked with London-based Lothar Bohm Associates on a broad spectrum of Brand Strategy & Design projects for clients such as Nestlé, Unilever, Reckitt Benckiser and Brown Forman. Her strong strategic inclination makes her well-placed to help clients with complex business challenges.

Commenting on the appointments, Alpana Parida, MD, DY Works said, “We are excited to welcome Dhaval and Tanvi to our team. Both come in with varied expertise and experience, and add a new dimension to our Business Design practice.”

Parida said, “Their skills are key to our human-centric business design focus, adding further depth to DY’s innovative problem solving capabilities.”
