McCann Worldgroup India became the only agency to win at Clio Awards 2017. The agency brought to India the country’s first Grand Clio for its campaign The Immunity Charm.
The awards were announced at the ceremony held on September 27 in New York. McCann India was awarded for the campaign titled Immunity Charm done for Afghanistan’s Ministry of Public Health in the category Product Design. The agency also won two Gold, two Silver and two Bronze; while the third Gold was converted into Grand Clio.
The Gold was won for Immunity Charm in the Direct and Product Innovation categories, each. Silver metal was grabbed by the agency for the same campaign in the Events/ Experiential category. Another Silver was bagged for World for All campaign in the Print technique. World for All campaign also got two Bronze metals one in each OOH and Print Technique categories.
