India bags 15 awards at Festival of Media Global Awards 2017

Mindshare, MediaCom, Maxus and Lodestar UM had some award-winning work from India. MediaCom was the Agency Network of the Year while GroupM was the Media Group of the Year

India bags 15 awards at Festival of Media Global Awards 2017

The Festival of Media Global Awards 2017 recently concluded at a ceremony in Rome, Italy. India bagged 15 awards at the Festival. Mindshare, MediaCom, Maxus and Lodestar UM had some award winning work from India.

The Campaign of the Year was awarded to Missing Type by MediaCom UK, Touché! PHD was the Agency of the Year. MediaCom was the Agency Network of the Year while GroupM was the Media Group of the Year. Mediaplus was the Independent Agency of the Year.

Mindshare’s Brooke Bond Red Label Tea 6 Pack band won three awards -- one each in Best Branded Content Creation Award, Best Use of an Influencer and Best Social Media Strategy. Mindshare World’s Nike Find your Edge won Gold in the Best use of Content category. Mindshare also won an award for Dove’s reframing the beauty debate in India in the Best Insight Award category. The agency’s Lux Golden Rose awards campaign too won an award in the Best Event/Experiential Campaign category.

MediaCom’s Whisper #LikeAGirl and Proud won three awards. One each in Best Branded Content Creation Award, Best Local Execution of a Global Brand and Best Communications Strategy category. The agency’s Bachelor of Shaving grabbed two Gold – one each in Best Local Execution of a Global Brand category and the Utility/Public Service award category.

Lodestar UM bagged two awards for Doorstep School: A Street naming event for Social change in Best Event/Experiential campaign and Best Not-For-Profit campaign category.

Maxus India bagged two awards for its campaign ‘From Zica to Tiago’ for Tata Motors in the Best Communications Strategy category and Best Launch Campaign category.
