WPP is hosting Stream, a (un) conference for (un) conventional thinkers, from February 15-18, 2017, in Jaipur. The event will be hosted by WPP Country Manager Ranjan Kapur and will bring industry veterans to have a conversation around technology, latest trends, digital first approach, to name a few. Over 300 leaders are expected to attend the event.

True to the (un)conference model, there will be no lectures in conference rooms. Alongside discussions on the future of data, digital, technology and content, there will be technology demonstrations, cooking, fireside chats on key topics and much more. In addition to the many interesting sessions this year, each day will start with sports and end with an evening extravaganza – created and presented by the participants.

Ranjan-KapurTalking about Stream, Ranjan Kapur, WPP Country Manager, India said, “This is our fourth year and probably our biggest ever. Participation by industry heavyweights and famous artists and musicians, the cookout and ignite fully booked. And the weather is just right. What more could we ask for. I'm just itching to get there.”

WPP Stream is a unique thought leadership initiative designed by WPP group to bring together the industry leaders on a single interactive platform. It will see the coming together of CEOs from across the WPP network, WPP clients and partners from across the industry, including Silicon Valley start-ups, VCs, social entrepreneurs, publishers, academics and media companies.

This year, 'The Pitch' forum is drawn to spark conversation around creating a communication strategy that can help imbibe a sporting culture across different faculties, gender, age group across the country. It is going to be all about 'How sports can help build a better nation being the most time-tested tool for human and societal development'.

With no set agenda, the schedule is up to the attendees to set. Each day there are discussions across myriad of topics that attendees can choose to participate on the basis of their interests and passion. Apart from 'The Pitch', there are few flagship properties too that mark the success for Stream and they are -- Ignite Talk for fast talkers; The Gadgethon and The Tech Lab for geeks; Stream Cinema for cinema lovers, Cooking Madness for those who believe cooking is therapeutic; Extravaganza for the musical and gregarious souls; Health & Wellness for those young at heart; The Workshop for the craftsmen of the group and the very Stream Band for the musicians and karaoke singers.
