Prashant Tekwani joins Monk Media Network as SVP

Tekwani joins from iContract where he was Associate Vice-President. He will spearhead business management and brand strategy in the organisation

Monk Media Network, who is completing its first year of operations in January 2017, has appointed Prashant Tekwani as Senior Vice-President to strengthen its leadership team.

Prior to joining Monk Media Network, Tekwani was Associate Vice-President at iContract and headed major accounts like Google, YouTube and HSBC. He will be spearheading the business management and brand strategy unit in the organisation.

Tekwani has an experience across categories and has worked on varied clients like Shoppers Stop, UTI Mutual Funds, Hot Star, Truly Madly and Star Sports.

“I have always been an entrepreneur at heart and the challenge of building one of the most exciting and upcoming agencies was too enticing. We hope to attract the right kind of clients and talent who demand nothing short of great ideas,” said Tekwani.

Monk Media Network, which was launched in January 2016, has been rapidly building its team in the last quarter to service a growing roster of clients. It is a digital marketing agency with strategy, innovation and media at its core.

They offer services panning across digital marketing, media, influencer management, social media and video production. The agency started its operations with three employees and today has a team of 30 people spread across Mumbai, Delhi and Middle East.
