Radio Mirchi 98.3 FM launches in Chandigarh

The radio channel, co-curated by Diljit Dosanjh, will localise content with a Bollywood twist

Radio Mirchi, one of India's leading radio stations, was recently launched in Chandigarh. The station is co-curated by Diljit Dosanjh who was recently seen in Bollywood movie 'Udta Punjab'. Dosanjh has handpicked the songs and has provided inputs for the shows that will air on Mirchi 98.3 FM.

The channel will localise the content keeping in mind the requirement of listeners in the city and at the same time add a twist of Bollywood. The strategy has been decided after an extensive research and opinions from Dosanjh, says Bhanu Pratap Singh, Vice-President and Cluster Head, Punjab, Himachal and J&K, Radio Mirchi.

Along with the best Punjabi and Bollywood music, the channel will keep its listeners entertained by bringing in radio content, comedy, updates and infotainment.
