BVG Group to acquire OOH Media

After a two-month demerger process, BVG Group is set to strengthen its out-of-home presence

The BVG Group is all set to acquire Mumbai-based OOH Media led by Ishan Raina at the end of a two-month process, sources close to the development told BestMediaInfo.com. With the acquisition, the BVG Group will strengthen its out-of-home (OOH) presence.

The company issued a notice of company scheme petition in a major print publication, stating the hearing of the acquisition will be heard on August 19.

BVG Group is a Pune-based integrated services company providing facility management, mechanised housekeeping, land filing services, solid waste management, outdoor advertising and airport maintenance services among others.
