Cannes Lions 2016: Six shortlists for India in Media Lions
Leo Burnett is leading the way with three shortlists followed by Ogilvy & Mather, PHD India and Rediffusion Y&R with one shortlist each

Cannes Lions 2016 announced 267 shortlisted entries from a total of 2,986 entries from across the globe. Among these shortlists, six were from India where Leo Burnett topped the list with three shortlists followed by Ogilvy & Mather, PHD India and Rediffusion Y&R with one shortlist each.
Leo Burnett's campaigns “Reuniting Memories From 1947” for OLX, Bajaj V for Bajaj Automobiles and “Memories For Life” for HDFC made it to the shortlist in the Media category. “Dipper Condoms” for Tata Motors by Rediffusion Y&R and “Beauty Tips by Reshma” for Make Love Not Scars by Ogilvy & Mather too made the cut.
PHD India's work titled “Lo Kar Lo Baat” for HUL's Active Wheel Detergent was the only shortlist from a media agency.
Ashish Bhasin, Chairman & CEO South Asia, Dentsu Aegis Network, is representing India as jury member for Media Lions this year.
The Media Lions will be presented during the Creative Data, Innovation, Mobile, Media and Cyber Lions Awards Ceremony, which will take place on the evening of Wednesday, June 22, in the Lumiere Theatre, Palais des Festivals.
