After having spent 16 years in Ogilvy & Mather, B Ramanathan has decided to move on to Head Bates Indonesia, sources close to the development told BestMediaInfo.com.

Ramanathan has worked with Ogilvy for 16 years. He has resigned as Managing Partner, Ogilvy & Mather, Mumbai. He has been at various positions at Ogilvy in Hyderabad and Chennai since he joined in 2000. Prior to Ogilvy, Ramanathan had a stint with Rediffusion Y&R and R K Swamy BBDO India.
