Colors gives new innings to its epic show with a new chapter, 'Balika Vadhu…Lamhe Pyaar Ke'

Beginning today, the show will trace Nandini's quest for love and success at 8 PM from Monday to Friday

They say that if you really yearn for something, destiny does take you to your heart's desire. This longing to fulfil her mother, Anandi's last wish, gives her daughter, Nandini, the wings to fly to her dreams and determine her own future. Colors' longest running fiction drama, 'Balika Vadhu…Lamhe Pyar Ke' will narrate this story of love and aspirations, as protagonist Nandini strives to erase the memories of pain and longing of her childhood.

As an established doctor, Nandini finds a purpose which helps her overcome the stigma of her past and chart a journey that promises happiness. Nandini's journey of love and determination to move on, will commence as a brand new chapter in 'Balika Vadhu…Lamhe Pyaar Ke', on Colors channel beginning April 25. The epic serial will go on air at 8 PM, from Monday to Friday.

On 'Balika Vadhu', audiences have witnessed Nandini's innocence, struggles and fighting spirit as she experienced injustice as 13-year-old Nimboli, who was kidnapped as an infant and trapped in a child marriage. After 15 years, in a life free from her past, Nandini (Mahhi Vij) will experience a new zephyr of aspirations, love and relationships, which will shape her future.

Now free of the binding customs of her childhood, she will come across Dr Amit (Avinash Sachdev), who will guide her through life's expedition to become a successful doctor striving for the betterment of humanity. Adding a touch of happiness to her life will be Krish (Ruslaan Mumtaz), a young medical intern visiting from the US, who will help Nandini experience love. Urging her to laugh and enjoy herself to the fullest, Krish creates a zest for life in Nandini's heart. Both Dr Amit and Krish will become an intrinsic part of Nandini's life, Dr Amit as a support system, and Krish as a fountain of emotions that bring cheer to her life.

Nandini's life take a new turn on 'Balika Vadhu… Lamhe Pyaar Ke', as she takes an oath at Jaipur's biggest hospital – Suryodaya Hospital, that cements her career and future with Dr Amit, a senior doctor. Then Krish enters Nandini's life, bringing with him a wave of emotions and happiness. In the midst of these emotions, Nandini will also be looking for her lost brother, Shivam (Dishank Arora), and forming a heartening bond with her foster sister Sudha (Yukti Kapoor).

The pain of her past catches up with her future and Nandini recounts the despair of her childhood and her promise to her mother to take charge of her own life. Nandini gets a new lease in life with a great career as a doctor and with the gentle nudge of love, when it comes knocking at her door.
