The One Show: Indian agencies secure 19 finalists in four categories
McCann India leads with 10 shortlists followed by BBDO and O&M with three shortlists each, Out of The Box with two and Red Fuse Communications Mumbai (in association with Hong Kong) with one finalist

The One Club has announced the first list of finalists for their One Show Awards 2016. The first list was released for the categories Cross-Platform, Direct, Film and Print & Outdoor. The finalists for other categories will be announced soon.
Amongst the 40 countries which could list their works in the finalists list, Indian agencies have secured 19 shortlists, of which one is a joint entry of Red Fuse Communications from Hong Kong and India for Colgate Palmolive's campaign Hidden Sugar Receipt.
McCann Worldgroup India, Mumbai has got itself 10 places across all the sub-categories within the four categories. The agency has got appreciation for its work for Dabur Gastrine in various sub-categories of Print and Outdoor category with as many as eight listings. The Kite campaign for the Jivdaya Charitable Trust of the agency was also listed under two sub-categories of Direct Category.
Next in line are BBDO India Mumbai and Ogilvy & Mather India, which got themselves three shortlistings each. BBDO's campaigns for the two P&G brands, Whisper and Ariel were lauded by giving them space in the Cross Platform and Print and Outdoor Categories, respectively. The respective campaigns Touch the Pickle and Share The Load have been much talked about and appreciated by all sections of the industry.
O&M Mumbai was appreciated under the Cross Platform and Film category for its work 'Beauty Tips By Reshma' done for Make Love Not Scars. It is a sensitively dealt issue and has been appreciated by the peers too. O&M Gurgaon got shortlisted for its Philips campaign, LED Day Light Storm under the Print and Outdoor Category.
Other than this, Out of The Box, a Delhi based agency was listed under Direct and Print and Outdoor Categories for its campaign 'The Prodigies of Mother's Pride' done for a pre-school brand, Mother's Pride.
The One Show will present gold, silver, and bronze awards on two big nights, May 11 and 13. On May 11, the awards will be announced for the categories Print and Outdoor, Design, Direct, Branded Entertainment, Responsive Environments, Public Relations. On May 13, the categories Film, Web, Cross-Platform, IP, Social, Mobile, UX/UI and Radio will get the awards.
Young Ones finalists will be announced soon, and winners will be awarded at the Young Ones Awards Ceremony on Tuesday, May 8.
