Sinha will take over from the outgoing COO Govind Pandey who will join TBWA\India as CEO from January 2016

McCann India has announced the appointment of Partha Sinha as Vice Chairman and MD; and departure of its COO Govind Pandey. Panday will be joining TBWA\India as Chief Executive Officer from January 2016.
Sinha joins McCann India from Publicis where he was Managing Director and part of the 3 member Management team running Publicis South Asia. He will be based in Mumbai .

Sinha is a Marketing and Communication Industry luminary. An IIT& IIM (A) alumnus, Sinha started his career with Citibank NA, moving on to Ogilvy and Mather where he set up the Strategic Planning function. Post a brief but exciting stint at an Internet Startup, Sinha joined as the Marketing Director for Zee Telefilms overseeing the strategy of 14 channels of Zee Telefilms. Sinha is also columnist in leading business papers and a regular speaker in some of the top marketing forums. Recently, he has been inducted into the advisory board of WARC and Symbiosis University.
