The agency will involve the Dentsu-Aegis Network agencies for executing the duties

Dentsu-Aegis Network’s Carat has won the media duties of electronics major Sony India. The business was won following a pitch process that began in November 2014. The incumbent agency on the account is IPG Mediabrands’ Initiative.
Industry sources have indicated that Sony India will be spending just under Rs 200 crore on their marketing.
It is understood that Carat will be using the specialist agencies in the Dentsu-Aegis Network for executing the media mandate across mediums, including mainline, digital and out-of-home.
