With Budget 2015 all set to roll out in a couple of days, all eyes are now on Modi's maiden Union Budget. Expectations are raising high around the likely “growth-oriented budget”, as promised by the Modi Government. To decode this much-awaited Budget, NewsX and India News have lined up an extensive programming, presented by Syska Led, namely '#Mission 10%' and 'Aapka Paisa/ Budget Vishesh', respectively.

Under this umbrella Budget programming, there will be build up shows on the Budget,  special prime time shows, roundtables with experts to discuss and analyse the likely outcomes of the Budget, and small segments all through the day highlighting the wish lists of common men and their expectations from the Government and the Finance Minister.

'Your Budget, Your Expectations' on NewsX highlights the expectations of the common person from the FM and PM. 'Mission 10%' the Budget show on prime time debated on issues like growth, fiscal deficit, tax, growth and aspirations of the youth with eminent panel of experts.

From February 26-28, the prime focus on NewsX will be on the political and economic implications of the Rail Budget and Union Budget, including the Economic Survey.

Along with representatives from different political parties, the eminent panel of experts on the channel will include Shubhashish Gangopadhyay, former Advisor to PMO; Vivian Fernandes, senior journalist; BB Bhattacharya, economist; Captain Gopinath, Founder, Air Deccan/ Industrialist; MK Venu, senior journalist; Prashant Kapoor, Direct Tax Expert, KPMG; and Ashish Gupta, Personal Tax Expert, KPMG.

Since February 24, India News has been airing an array of special programming, which includes 'Ummeed - Small Segments', which highlights the Budget expectations from all strata of the society – from housewives to students, from industrialists to small vendors.

On February 26, under the Rail Budget programming, 'Teri, Meri, Sabki Rail' will be a reality check on Indian Railway through the lenses of the India News team. There will also be live telecast of the Rail Budget with Hindi translation from the studio, followed by live shows/ panel discussions on outcome of the Rail Budget.

There will be an hour-long special show, along with a mega build-up show on the Budget on February 27 between 8 pm and 10 pm after the presentation of the Economic Survey.

On February 28, starting 8 am, there will be live telecast of the Budget speech (along with Hindi translation), followed by a debate show from 8-9 pm on the Budget outcomes.
