Grey Group India has appointed Shilpa Chitre as the Head of Human Resources. She will report to Sunil Lulla, Chairman and Managing Director, Grey Group India. Her mandate at the agency will be to grow its talent strength and accelerate its human processes to deliver famous and effective work for its clients.

Chitre is an HR generalist with over 18 years of work experience across key Human Resource (HR) areas including competency systems, talent acquisition & retention, performance management, strategic organisational policies and training. She has worked in the Human Resources department of several advertising agencies and corporate houses, actively partnering senior management. Until recently, she was with Reliance Industries, as Vice-president of Human Resources, prior to which she has worked with KPIT Cummins Infosytems, Everest Brand Solutions, Percept H, Leo Burnett India and Rediffusion-DY&R.

She holds a Master's Degree from the University of Mumbai in Labour Studies, Organisational Behavior, Human Resources and Psychology at Work. Chitre is passionate about writing, movies and is a voracious reader.
