Conceptualised by DigitasLBi, the campaign gives global music fans access to some of the most unique musicians, artistes and creators

Budweiser-MADE-For-MusicBudweiser has unveiled its ‘2014 MADE for Music’ campaign, drawing on the brand’s long-standing support for great music and great artistes of all types, from around the world. The digital campaign made by DigitasLBi gives global music fans access to some of the most unique musicians, artistes and creators that inspire greatness in all of us.

Budweiser MADE Stage will follow Budweiser’s quest to work with an eclectic mix of musicians and artistes in India, enabling them to come together and work on creating the most unique experiences for our fans in Mumbai, New Delhi, Bengaluru and Goa. The Budweiser MADE Stage series is available at www.budweisermadeformusic.in. The series will feature four episodes of an eclectic mix of artistes from India who will work together on creating unique experiences through different mixes of sound, light, music and new age interactive technologies.

Amaresh Godbole, Head - Agency & Strategy at DigitasLBi, said, “Budweiser is a brand that is truly committed to creating experiences and content which resonate with popular culture. The MADE Stage campaign provides a platform for emerging artistes to showcase their talents in a unique audio-visual experience. The show combines music, lights, performance art and the raw brilliance of some of the country’s finest new artistes. The vibe pulsating through the room during any one of these gigs is eclectic, due to the fusion of new sounds and out-of-the-world visual experiences.”

He further added, “The task for digital was to drive opinion leaders to the events and amplify the experience online. We did this by activating their platforms of choice - the web and social networks - with a mobile friendly approach. We leveraged the power of online video, imagery and social influencers to build anticipation, and then used real-time coverage on Twitter to provide immersive content to a wider audience, which virtually transported them to the event.”

Commenting on the campaign, Camilo Durana, Global Director, Budweiser Sports and Entertainment, said, “Music’s ability to inspire millions of people around the world everyday can come from unknown but passionate artistes as easily as it can from global icons like JAY Z and Rihanna. We’re proud to celebrate that, this year, by giving fans access to all levels of artistes dedicated to pursuing their craft with passion and creativity.”
