Big Magic Ganga unveils devotional line-up for festive season

The channel has launched a series of special programming pegged on the insight that religion binds the Ganga belt

With the festivities setting in, Big Magic Ganga has launched a series of festive specials for viewers pegged on the sentiment of ‘devotion’ which resonates excellently with the local populace of the region. Beginning with the Navratri specials, between September 25 and October 3, the channel has launched three novel offerings – ‘Jai Durga Maiyaa’, ‘Bhakti Sagar’ and ‘Nimiya Ke Daar Maiyya’ – between 7 AM and 9.30 AM. With this special offering, audiences in the Ganga belt will now wake up to the melodious offerings to Goddess Durga.

‘Jai Durga Maiyaa’ features local musicians singing in worship of Goddess Durga against a traditional jagrata set up. ‘Bhakti Sagar’ is a musical special which has an anchor weaving in religious trivia, with well-known local singers crooning to devotional songs on the nine forms of Goddess Durga, and ‘Nimiya Ke Daar Maiyya’ is a set-based celebrity devotional musical special featuring musicians who are a local rage, such as Pawan Singh, Devi, Chhaila Bihari and Mamta Raut.

Each festive property will see a multi-media marketing campaign come into play across television, radio, OOH, digital and on-ground. Additionally, the network strength of 92.7 BIG FM ensures that the partners on board the festive offerings on Big Magic Ganga get maximum value.
