Strings wins bhaskardigital account
The agency has executed the first campaign for Bhaskar group's new portal, www.moneybhaskar.com

Strings Advertising, a Mumbai-based advertising agency, has acquired the creative mandate of bhaskardigital, the digital arm of Dainik Bhaskar Group. The first campaign for a new portal – www.moneybhaskar.com – has been just launched. Moneybhaskar.com is a new offering from bhaskardigital that will bring relevant information related to business and finance. The portal has first been launched in Hindi.
The brand moneybhaskar.com is positioned around the central idea of 'Profitable Thinking', whereby users can gain from information and advisory suggestions offered by the portal to make profit in their business and investments. Hence the line 'Fayde Ki Soch' for the brand .
The print campaign has been launched simultaneously across multiple states in Hindi-speaking Markets (HSM), along with teaser advertisements. The campaign has picked up on interesting insights about the target audience in HSM who have always believed in using traditional auspicious symbols like Shri Yantra, Navgraha stone rings and other symbols to bring in more luck and prosperity in their business and investment decisions. After the initial run of teaser ads with these symbols, the brand is revealed and is offered as a solution that can help you to earn profits.
Speaking on the campaign, the agency director Krishna Upadhyaya said, “We won the business in a competitive pitch and are glad to be associated with Dainik Bhaskar group. Our campaign is primarily designed for the HSM market, where we have picked up interesting insights on their habits, but we had to be careful in our communication to ensure that we don't hurt the beliefs of our audience and position the brand smartly as complimentary to these habits followed by them to make profits.”
According to Shibu Chandy, also a director at Strings, “The addition of the bhaskardigital business has added to the growth momentum wherein we also acquired two more consumer centric businesses recently in the field of innerwear and FMCG.”
The moneybhaskar campaign has been executed across print, radio and digital for now. Strings will be working on the follow-up campaign as well as other assignments from the bhaskardigital group.
