timesjobs-logoFinding a job is never easy. But doing their bit, Times Job is trying to make it simpler to search, apply and land a job of one's choice. To showcase all the services they offer, TimesJobs has released a digital campaign made by Reprise Media.

Named 'Fuel Your Success', the new campaign talks about how the necessary services that power anyone's career growth are personalised for them on TimesJobs.com. A candidate will now access all services personalised for them under his/her TimeJobs.com login – from gaining employer insights, assessing their skills, enhancing their career prospects and applying for any job from across the web thereby fueling their success.

“Due to our latest product revamp and by synergising our core offerings, this campaign introduces our new value proposition – that TimesJobs helps candidates make better career choices. With a unified career growth solution and this subsequent campaign, TimesJobs aims to coalesce its offerings in the mind of the user and be seen as a comprehensive career destination that 'Fuels Your Success,'” said Vivek Madhukar, COO, Times Business Solutions, which owns and operates TimesJobs.com.

With this campaign, TimesJobs hopes to make the transition from being just a supplier of jobs to a platform for complete career development that energises and propels a candidate to greater success. The three focus areas as seen in the ads are: Jobs from across the web, Employer insights, and Skill enhancement. The ads also point to how to identify the areas where one needs improvement, and then helping in skill enhancement.

TimesJob, according to the campaign will also give insights about employers to help the candidate take an informed decision. The main aspect of the campaign seems to highlight how it will bring all premium jobs from across the web in one place. This will be seen in popular websites that youth log on to - including email sign in pages, news portals, etc.

“The campaign's target audience is all experienced working professionals in India. To make a correct career decision every professional goes through the stages of researching companies, assessing and enhancing their abilities and applying for the job they are best suited for. This is what the 'Fuel Your Success' campaign communicates,” explained Vikas Verma, Marketing Head, TimesJobs.com.

Tarun Ummat, Business Director, Reprise Media, explained, “There are a lot of job portals and job search engines online. The communication, if you see, is very direct and very transactional. However, in TimesJobs there are a lot of different sections and properties which help to search for a job, give guidance on how to prepare for an interview, help you to know about the employer and enhance skills through different courses. As such, even if you are not looking for a job, you can develop your skills. Moreover, it also 'crawls' other job openings from the internet. We tried to create a campaign to point out all of this so that it becomes easier for a user.”
