Mindshare appoints Wendy Walker as Regional Chief Growth Officer

Mindshare has appointed Wendy Walker as Regional Chief Growth Officer for Asia Pacific. She will be based in Singapore. She takes over from Kevin Rooney, who has moved into a new role as Managing Director for m/SIX Asia Pacific.

Walker brings over 20 years of marketing experience. As Chief Growth Officer - APAC, she will work with the leadership team in the region to build greater momentum behind prospecting, pitching and selling Mindshare's products and services to new and existing clients. Her focus will be on accelerating top-line growth. She will also spearhead Mindshare's brand marketing and PR efforts in the region.

Walker joins Mindshare from Australia where she was most recently CMO at iiNet. Prior to that, she was Marketing Director at Telstra, with responsibility for relationship marketing, B2B and government, international marketing communications, award programmes and events. She also championed strategic initiatives across all Telstra brands. Walker has also worked as the head of marketing for the MBF Group and at Ansett Australia in the early part of her career.
