GroupM India, the media investment arm of WPP, kicked off their unique rewards and recognition programme 'Choreos'.  On Thursday, November 14, Choreos 2013 nominations were announced to the over 1,200 GroupM staff across all offices in India via a Google Hangout with CVL Srinivas, CEO, GroupM South Asia.

The nominations are a list of the very best talent at GroupM across all their media agencies and specialised units. The final winners will be announced at a grand event for GroupM employees on November 27, 2013 in Mumbai. This year marks five years of Choreos and the theme is 'Breaking New Ground', an articulation of one of the six values of GroupM India.

Srinivas said, “Our talent is our most valuable asset and this event is a recognition of this belief. We've had a record number of entries this year and are very excited to unveil the nominees via a Google Hangout. In addition to celebrating our people and our values, this year we have instituted a new award to recognise our 'New Me' philosophy.”

GroupM is the only media agency to have won the Employer Branding Award for 'Best Employer' three years in a row from 2009 to 2011. This year set a new benchmark as GroupM is the first media or advertising agency to win the prestigious Porter Prize from the Institute for Competitiveness, aligned to Harvard Business School. The word Choreos comes from the overall GroupM vision of 'Choreographing Convergence'. This focused vision with the strong values of Leadership, Entrepreneurship, Individuality, Mutual Trust, Team Spirit and Quality sets them apart and makes GroupM one of the most desired destinations for quality talent.
