Commenting on this initiative, Nisha Narayanan, COO, 93.5 Red FM said, “There is surplus talent in the youth of our country, who are looking for opportunities to showcase it. Initiatives like 'College Ke Tashanbaaz' provide the right platform for the youngsters in smaller cities to showcase their talent and make it big. The activity has been very well received across the 15 cities and we have seen a huge turnout across all events.”

'College Ke Tashanbaaz' moved across individual colleges hunting for talent picking one winner from each participating college. The Grand City Finale held at a popular youth spot like a shopping mall in each of the cities, saw these college winners then competing against each other till only one city winner emerged.

Taking the talent hunt across 15 cities including Ahmedabad, Baroda, Rajkot, Pune, Nagpur, Jaipur, Indore, Bhopal, Lucknow, Varanasi, Bhubaneshwar, Guwahati, Nashik, Siliguri and Jamshedpur, the events saw enormous crowds of enthusiastic youth willing to showcase their talent to the world.

Sponsored by Layer'r Perfume Deo paired with city-specific sponsors, 93.5 Red FM implemented an all-encompassing media plan for 'College Ke Tashanbaaz' including on-air campaigns and on-ground events. These comprised of outdoor media, multiplexes, print media, posters across colleges in host cities and social media.
