Nandini Dias is now CEO of Lodestar UM; Anamika Mehta has been made CEO of Initiative; and Amardeep Singh is CEO of Mediabrands Audience Platform

IPG Mediabrands has elevated its COO-level leadership team with three elevations. Nandini Dias, who was COO, Lodestar UM, based in Mumbai, has been elevated as CEO of Lodestar UM. Anamika Mehta, who was COO, Lodestar UM, and based in Delhi, is now CEO of Initiative.
Amardeep Singh has been made CEO of Mediabrands Audience Platform (MAP), the holding company for the digital assets Interactive Avenues and Reprise. He was earlier CEO of Interactive Avenues.
Announcing these changes, Shashi Sinha, CEO, IPG Mediabrands, said, “I am very proud to have a very solid leadership team to run IPG Mediabrands along with me. With these elevations, and and Suresh Balakrishna continuing as CEO of BPN, we have a young but most vibrant agency brand.”
