The India Chapter of International Advertising Association (IAA) has finalised its next IAA Knowledge Conclave which will see advertising industry stalwarts sharing, interacting and networking with MDs and heads of emerging advertising agencies primarily comprising small and medium-sized ones. The IAA Knowledge Conclave on 'Emerging Agencies: Taking it to the next level' will be held on Saturday, October 26, 2013 at Hotel Grand Hyatt, Kalina, Mumbai. The conclave is open to participation by invitation only.
Srinivasan K Swamy, President, IAA India Chapter and VP-Development of Asia Pacific, said, "This is particularly useful for advertising agency owners and practitioners who can understand how one could navigate and thrive in a complex world of big agencies, complex media rate negotiation, growth in digital media, all through entrepreneurism and differentiated business strategies. The conclave will be addressed by advertising agency heads who have built their institutions as well as entrepreneurs who had built their retail and media businesses."
Speakers include BS Nagesh, CVL Srinivas, Pranay Chule, Harindra Singh, Vinod Nair, Ali Merchant, Sandeep Tarkas and Srinivasan Swamy. The Chief Guest of the Conclave is Subhash Chandra, Chairman, Zee Group, who will share his views on entrepreneurism as it relates to agencies.
Abhishek Karnani, Chairman of the IAA Knowledge Conclave, said, “We have received a very good response to this conclave and we expect at least 120 participants to benefit from it. The conclave will see the best of advertising/media minds come together to reflect on bright ideas and out of the box strategies for emerging agency owners to take their companies to the next level."
In the past, the IAA (India Chapter) has organised several Knowledge Conclaves and enriching seminars and instituted awards to recognise and appreciate the growth of the advertising industry as well as chart the path ahead.
