Cannes Lions has announced the launch of Lions Health, a dedicated two-day awards and festival for the healthcare and pharmaceutical communications industries, in 2014. Lions Health will offer specialist learning and inspiration to the unique challenges faced by those working in the pharmaceutical and healthcare communications.

The specially crafted two-day festival in Cannes, which will take place just before Cannes Lions 2014 gets underway, will be a unique opportunity to help inspire the industry. Lions Health is for anyone who markets healthcare products and services: agencies, pharma or health-related client companies, media owners, suppliers of creative and tech products to the health comms business, students and journalists.

Entries for Lions Health 2014 will open from December 12, 2013.

The first Lions Health Festival in Cannes, culminating in the Awards Ceremony and gala on the Saturday evening will take place on June 13 and 14, 2014 (with other evening networking events on June 12 and 13).
