According to TVT data sourced from TAM subscribers for Week 31 (July 28 - August 3) of TAM 2013 for the CS 4+, HSM markets, Star Plus is back with 5 shows among the top 10 weekday shows. Colors has 3 shows while Zee TV and SAB TV have one show each.

Among weekend shows, 'Comedy Night with Kapil' on Colors continued to top the chart. Star Plus' India's Dancing Superstar Grand Finale rated 5,503 TVT over 3 hours.

Weekday toppers (all data in TVT in 000's)

Diya Aur Baati Hum on Star Plus topped weekday programming. The show fetched an average TVT of 10,332 (last week 9133).

SAB's Taarak Mehta ka Ooltah Chashma jumped one position to No. 2 in Week 31. The show fetched an average TVT of 8,161 against last week's 7,724.

Colors' Balika Vadhu slipped one position to No. 3. Its average TVT was recorded at 7,308 against last week's 8,018.

Zee TV's Qubool Hai stayed at No. 4 this week with an average TVT of 7,213 (last week 7,380).

Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai on Star Plus held No. 5 position with 6,749 TVT. Yeh Rishta had an average TVT of 6,114 last week.

Pyaar Ka Dard Hai on Star Plus was also unmoved at No. 6 recording an average TVT of 6,090 (last week 5,939).

Star Plus' Saathiya climbed on position at No. 7 this week. The show garnered an average TVT of 5,779 (last week 5,460).

Colors' fiction show Sasural Simar Ka slipped on position to No. 8 with an average rating of 5,330 TVT (last week 5,658).

Veera on Star Plus entered the top 10 club by registering over 25 percent jump in its viewership in week 31. The show fetched an average TVT of 4,993 (last week 3,974).

Colors' Madhubala slipped one position to No. 10 this week with an average rating of 4,846 TVT (last week 4,822).

Weekend toppers

Colors' Comedy Night with Kapil remained at the top. The show averaged at 6,059 TVT (last week 6,352).

Sony's crime show, CID, fetched an average TVT of 5,122 (last week 5,169).

DID Super Moms on Zee TV averaged at 4,710 TVT (last week 4,606).

Sony's Indian Idol Junior recorded an average TVT of 4,581 (last week 4,146).

Sony's other crime show, Crime Patrol, garnered 4,331 TVT this week (last week 3,906).

Colors' Jhalak Dikhhla Ja fell sharply and slipped 4 positions with average TVT of 4,142 in (last week 5,272).

Star Plus dancing reality show India's Dancing Superstar recorded average TVT of 3,833 (last week 3427). Its grand finale rated 5,503 TVT over 3 hours.

Fear Files on Zee TV recorded an average TVT of 3,066 (last week 3,954).

Comedy Circus ke Ajoobe on Sony averaged 3,008 TVT (last week 2,955).

Sony's crime show, Adalat, recorded 2,600 TVT (last week 2,413).

Star Plus' crime fiction, Arjun, recorded 1,608 TVT (last week 1,971).
