Discovery Kids co-presents Edinburgh International Science Festival in India

Discovery Kids is co-presenting the Edinburgh International Science Festival, one of the world's most renowned science festivals, organised by the Edinburgh Science Foundation.  Coming to the country for the first time ever, the festival will be organised from August 30 to September 8, 2013, at Bhartiya City, Bangalore.

Presenting an innovative platform to ignite imagination and engage young minds, the ten-day festival will have a fun and experiential learning format and will include international and domestic science experience zones.

Conducted by experts from the UK and India, a series of live shows, demonstrations, photo exhibitions, science market and recreational activities will offer visitors the true flavour of science. Workshops in robotics, aero modelling, forensics, Vedic maths and junkyard science will create a captivating experience for kids. Through demonstration and hands-on interactive experiment, kids will be engaged in projects based on the objects in our everyday lives. Kids will step into a wonderful world of bubble magic, enter emergency rooms, and will also learn about the world of optical illusions.
