Sandeep Dahiya has joined The Times Group as Director - Brand Extensions. Based in Mumbai, Dahiya will head the brand extension business and work across the group. He will be reporting to Shrijeet Misra, COO - the Times Group. BestMediaInfo.com had reported earlier that Dahiya was set to join The Times Group.
Dahiya last held the position of Sr. Vice President & Business Head - Consumer Products at Viacom18, where he spent close to 8 years. At Viacom18, he worked in multiple-functions across the group – consumer products, communications and corporate affairs.
Prior to joining Viacom18, Dahiya had stints with Genesis Burson Marsteller, Indya.com and Clea PR.
