Jamuar moves to mediaReach OMD in Lagos, Nigeria, as Director – Media Services and Client Services

Kumar Jamuar, Executive Director at Havas Media, has decided to move on after a stint of two years and three months with the agency where he was managing the operations of the Mumbai office and driving new business acquisitions for Havas Media Group in Western India. Jamuar will soon be joining mediaReach OMD in Lagos, Nigeria, as Director – Media Services and Client Services. He will report to the Managing Director of mediaReach OMD.

Confirming the development with BestMediaInfo.com, Jamuar said, “After 17 years in the Indian media industry, I have decided to explore other markets and I look forward to the stint with mediaReach OMD, Lagos.”

Prior to joining Havas Media, Jamuar was General Manager with Madison Media where he spent three and a half years leading the media endeavours for the Godrej group in Madison Media Sigma.

With over 17 years of experience in media research, planning, buying and operations, Jamuar has also worked with the agencies like Media Direction, Lintas Media Group,  Mudra Communications, The Media Age and ORG Marg.

He holds MBA degree in Marketing from Pune University.
