DDB Mudra West appoints Sharat Kuttikat as CD

Kuttikat joins from Stark Communications, Bangalore, and will partner Jayesh Vaghela in driving the creative team at DDB Mudra Ahmedabad

Sharat Kuttikat has joined DDB Mudra West as Creative Director and will be based in Ahmedabad. Jayesh Vaghela, who has been with the agency for a number of years, will partner Kuttikat and will oversee the creative side of the agency's client roster including Arvind, Zydus Wellness, Smphony, Nirlife and Rotomac among others. Both Kuttikat and Vaghela will work under the guidance of Sonal Dabral, Chairman & CCO, DDB Mudra Group.

Kuttikat joins DDB Mudra West from Stark Communications, Bangalore. In the 12 years that he has spent in the creative field, he's worked on some well-known brands such as Vodafone, SAP, Karnataka Tourism, Bengaluru International Airport, Lee Jeans, Basics Life, Wipro Technologies, Federal Bank, Malayala Manorama Classifieds, Rohan Builders, to name a few.

He has worked with top agencies including Ogilvy and Happy Creative Services in Bangalore, and Frank Simoes in Delhi. This will be his second stint with DDB Mudra as he had spent a year with Mudra Communications, Kochi in 2002-03.
