Whoever said “Laughter is the best medicine” was definitely watching Comedy Central. Summer 2013 is that blissful time of the year, chosen by the channel to adorn its already exciting line-up of shows with three brand new shows, reiterating the fact that it is definitely India's only 24x7 laughter destination. The channel has already become synonymous as the preferred destination for comedy for the Indian television audiences. It has managed to keep a high engagement quotient with a large & loyal viewer base by consistently offering the freshest content season after season. The pompous opulence of laughter continues this summer, with the premiere of some of the most phenomenal shows that are all set to lash the Indian television screens.

The Comedy classic Wonder Years starts March23, 2013, followed by new & quirky shows Whitney, Are We There Yet & Up All Night starting April 8, 2013 exclusively on Comedy Central.  The latter 3 are latest seasons from the US & are first runs for Indian audiences.  The All new fresh lineup is certain to tickle funny bones all across the country!

Wonder Years:

"The Wonder Years" is a hit comedy series depicting the social and family life of a boy in a typical American suburb from 1960's.Starring Fred Savage as Kevin Arnold in the main character; this series portrays the life of a boy facing disputes of passage on his way to adulthood. Kevin grows up with his on-and-off girlfriend, Winnie Cooper and his best friend Paul Pfeiffer. A series that will catapult you back into the innocent wonder years of life, starting March 23, 2013, Saturday -Sundayat1.00 pm.

Whitney:

A zestful & refreshing sitcom set in Chicago that entraps sarcastic yet surprisingly sweet and funny situation. The show stars Whitney Cummings and is based on her real-life experiences and her comedy routines. She portrays a fictionalized version of herself, living in with her supportive boyfriend. The show starts on April 8, 2013, Monday -Wednesday at 10.00pm.

Up All Night:

The series takes an irreverent look at parenthood through the point of view of an acerbic working mother. This series traces the hilarious journey down the line of Reagan, a producer on her best friend Ava's talk show, and her supportive, stay-at-home husband Chris, as they try to adjust to life with their newborn baby Amy. Watch all the fun unfold from April 8, 2013, Monday - Wednesday at 10.30 pm.

Are We There Yet:

This spectacular series postulates the blended family of Kingston-Persons. It showcases the challenges faced in their everyday life and the trials of a newly amalgamated family. The show also captures the fledgling romance between Nick, a playboy bachelor and Suzanne, a divorced mother of two kids. Catch all the excitement of how Suzanne manages her life between her boyfriend and kids  from April 8, 2013, Monday - Wednesday  at 11.00 pm.
