Taproot leads Indian charge at Adfest 2013 with 20 nominations
McCann has 13 nominations, Leo Burnett seven and Contract notched up four in a total Indian tally of 59 nominations

Adfest 2013, being held in Pattaya, Thailand, touted as the biggest Asian advertising festival, has announced the finalists for all 13 categories. Indian agencies have secured 59 nominations, with Taproot India leading the Indian charge with 20 nominations followed by McCann Worldgroup India with 13 nominations. Leo Burnett and Contract Advertising have secured seven and four nominations, respectively.
The festival kicked off yesterday and will run till tomorrow. Some of the Lotus winners will be announced today and the rest tomorrow.
