Apollo Munich Health Insurance is committed to bring world class health care within the reach of every individual and has the vision to be a trusted leader in the health insurance sector. The brief for the OOH campaign to DDB MudraMax was to effectively communicate the importance of clear and trustworthy health insurance procedures and give the consumers simple but important reasons to opt for Apollo Munich Health Insurance.

The OOH campaign was intended to support the ongoing TVC which has former Indian cricket captain Sourav Ganguly stating vital reasons to choose Apollo Munich Health Insurance. The campaign banked upon its simplicity and a strong copy which showcased the benefits of Apollo Munich such as 'Fastest Claim Settlement' and '50% No Claim Bonus In One Year', etc.

The idea was to increase brand visibility and showcase the differential benefits of taking Apollo Munich Health Insurance. The challenge was to execute close to 450 units of media in one day which included 250 bus shelters across Mumbai and other sites in more than 12 cities across India. The parameters were good/clear visibility sites and massive reach across all the cities. Complete support to the TVC was through OOH and it was very critical to round off the entire campaign.

Apollo Munich has also launched a Facebook campaign, 'Spot Click and Upload', which urges people to upload pictures of the outdoor hoardings. The lucky one will get a Sourav Ganguly autographed cricket bat. The campaign had excellent reviews and good words from the client, agencies and consumers alike.

Customer focus groups conducted over the past year have revealed that customers look for clear wordings, transparent procedures and processes and value for money while choosing health insurance products. The new campaign focuses on each of these three focal points.”
