Vh1 all set for live telecast of 2013 70th Annual Golden Globe Awards

The movie awards season is seriously underway! Beginning the very first month of 2013, Vh1 India brings viewers the opportunity to witness a stellar event full of glitz and glamour - LIVE. Come January, Vh1 will air the prestigious and the most awaited 70th Golden Globe Awards - presented by L'Oreal, LIVE on January 14 at 6:30AM with a prime time repeat at 9pm. The Golden Globe Awards is an accolade bestowed by 93 members of the Hollywood Foreign Press Association (HFPA) recognizing excellence in film and television, both domestic and foreign.

This time around, the coveted awards will be hosted by Golden Globe winner Tina Fey and giving her company will be Golden Globe nominee Amy Poehler. After three years of Ricky Gervais hosting the awards, the audience will be glad and thrilled to see a change with the magnetic duo hosting the gala event. The stage is all set for an occasion of beauty and glamour with some of the world's finest actors including Leonardo DiCaprio, Nicole Kidman, Anne Hathaway, Jessica Lange and Clive Owen amongst many others presenting the star-studded Golden Globe Awards.

Actor, director and producer Jodie Foster will be honored with the CECIL B. DE MILLE for lifetime achievement at the 70th Golden Globe Awards.
