Fever FM names Prateek Chandra as new CFO

Chandra replaces outgoing CFO Ritesh Handa; he will be part of the leadership team of HT's radio business

Ritesh Handa, after having spent 18 months as CFO of Fever FM, owned by HT Media, has decided to move on to pursue other opportunities. Replacing him is Prateek Chandra who will be reporting to Harshad Jain, Business Head – Radio, with functional reporting to Piyush Gupta, Group CFO.

In his new function, Chandra will be part of the Leadership Team of HT's radio business, and have end-to-end responsibility of finance and related operational aspects of the radio business. After having spent more than four years with HT – in his last role he was Senior Financial Strategist – Chandra was instrumental in adding value to various strategic initiatives and successfully driving several projects including the IPO of HMVL.

He was also actively involved in improving the company's visibility and building strong relationships with the investor community for the HT group. Prior to joining HT, Chandra had spent almost six years with KPMG and EXL, handling different aspects of the finance function.
