RED FM and Suryan FM roped in as Radio Partner for opening night

Wizcraft Entertainment picks both the FM station as radio partner for the glittering opening ceremony to be held in Chennai

The stage is all set for DLF Indian Premiere League (IPL) 2012 opening night commencing on April 3, 2012 in Chennai. Riding on the fun side of the most enthusiastic evening, Superhits 93.5 RED FM and 93.5 Suryan FM has partnered with Wizcraft Entertainment Pvt Ltd to be the radio partner for the glittering opening ceremony to be held in Chennai.

Both Red FM and Suryan FM are known as the 'Station for Expression' to the common man and RED's famous tag line 'Bajaate Raho!' is already a part of common parlance. Believing in its philosophy, it only made sense for RED FM and Suryan FM being the sole radio partner for the opening night giving the listeners an opportunity to experience and be a part of the evening through interactive contest format on radio.

Being radio partner will give the station an opportunity to witness with eminent Bollywood personalities such as Amitabh Bachchan, Salman Khan, Priyanka Chopra, Prabhudeva and Kareena Kapoor along with international celebrities such as Katy Perry.

Creating a buzz around the gala night, RED FM has created a special contest giving a golden chance to their listeners to be a part of evening. The contest is titled as, 'RJ ko maska lagao aur DLF IPL 2012 OPENING NITE Par Jaao'. The contest kick-started from March 27, 2012 and shall conclude on April 2, 2012. The contest is on air currently in Mumbai, Delhi, Ahmedabad & Bangalore.

As for Suryan FM, the Chennai station is following a contest format where in a simple question is asked on-air and listeners who answer to the question correctly win the gala evening passes.

It's a simple contest where the listeners need to call the Radio Jockeys (RJ) of the respective shows and impress the RJ in their best persuasion  style to why he/she should be the one accompanying the RJ for the grand evening. One lucky listener who manages to win in each city gets a chance to go Chennai with the RJ and be a part of the DLF IPL 2012 Opening Night!
