UTV Bindass launches Dell Inspiron Road Diaries

Premiering on March 10 at 9pm, the show is about an adventurous journey from Mumbai to Indo-Tibet border

Have you ever felt like simply giving up your mundane routine and driving out on a Road Trip? Exploring the hidden beauty of India, meeting intriguing folks and simply do everything that you have ever thought of doing? If this is your idea of fun, UTV Bindass, India's premiere youth entertainment brand presents to you a perfectly Bindass expedition, “Dell Inspiron Road Diaries”; a journey wherein 5 youngsters are chosen and get to leave their everyday life and take on a whirlwind journey across India. The adventure flags off from Mumbai and concludes in the Himalayas at the Indo-Tibet border! These 5 travelers will have to surrender all their belongings and embark on the journey with a basic camping kit, canned food and some other essential items.

Be it Bungee jumping or cooking on a campfire, the show will encompass all the things you always wanted to experience when you are set free from your shackles on a trip that might change your perspective of life! On the wilder side, maybe gate crashing a private party seems crazy, but crossing a turbulent river in the middle of the jungle is even crazier! The 5 lucky ones have been selected through a nationwide audition and selection process. Each of them has compiled a bucket list that they desire to fulfill if given the chance to go on this trip and submitted it to Bindass. The one who manages to do the maximum things on their list i.e. make this their most memorable road trip ever;  will be the winner of the show with a spectacular adventure planned for them..

The show will be hosted by the new VJ onboard Bindass – the dashing Arjun Bijlani, who for the first time will be seen hosting a show on television. Arjun will be seen guiding the 5 youngsters through the exciting journey and reveal unknown facets of their upcoming destinations which are unknown to the contestants.  Commenting on the launch of the show Arjun says, “I am extremely excited to be a part of Dell Inspiron Road Diaries as it's my first time as an anchor after my stint as an actor on television. To tackle the treacherous terrain, the 5 travelers will be provided with a special SUV fitted with special Dell Inspiron Laptops, which will aid them navigate their way, upload photos, content, videos, memoirs and help document the journey of their lifetime. The Dell unit will also serve as a black box, a wish list catalogue and a GPS enabled Map which will lead them through various routes to the decided destination. The map in the dell unit will indicate the 2 activities that the group needs to perform each day, the distance remaining and the time remaining for sunset, before which the travelers are required to reach the camping site.

One's destination is never a place, but a new way of seeing things. 'Dell Road Diaries' is such one show that gives a whole new dimension to the word 'travel'.
