Webchutney wins digital mandate for Sansui, Kelvinator
To strengthen digital footprint, online marketing and social media outreach for the two brands

Digital marketing agency Webchutney has been appointed as the agency on record for Sansui and Kelvinator. The mandate is to enhance existing digital marketing and consumer outreach activities online in India. The announcement follows an extensive competitive pitch process.
With presence in over 100 countries, Sansui has been a pioneer in redefining the television and entertainment industry by introducing cutting edge technology and innovation in LEDs, LCDs, smart TVs, slim TVs and DVDs since 1997 in India. Actor Saif Ali Khan was recently roped in as brand ambassador to strategically position Sansui as a trendy, vibrant and dynamic television brand and increase consumer preference.
Driving the promise of a 'Smart, fresh and healthy tomorrow', Kelvinator, one of the oldest and widely accepted home appliances brand in the Indian market, is geared up to connect socially with its consumers through the digital media route. Over the years, Kelvinator has grown much wider and entered the split air-conditioners and fully automatic and semi-automatic washing machines categories.
So far, the only digital footprint for both brands has been their websites. As a web partner, Webchutney will establish social outreach and engagement for both brands to begin with. Both brands have announced the launch of their official interactive Facebook pages, while Sansui has also launched its official Twitter page and YouTube channel.

The agency will also undertake complete website overhaul to propel greater awareness, reach, interactivity and engagement for both brands.
