Creativeland Asia appoints Harshad Lad as head creative operations

Lad joins from O&M where he was Vice President; the agency also ropes in Neville Shah as Creative Director

Creativeland Asia has brought on board two senior level executives, Harshad Lad to head creative operations, and Neville Shah as Creative Director.

With a penchant for holistic brand management, Lad brings with him over 17 years of experience from across SME, start-ups and BTL space. He moves in from C2S, his start-up consultancy aimed to connect consumers to sales with the help of advertising and brand communications.

Prior to this, Lad was the Vice-president at O&M where he successfully led a business unit in the HUL skincare business. He has worked on a variety of brands like Saffola, Kinetic, Ambuja Cement, ITC Expressions, Indian Oil ExtraCare, Vimal, Diageo and Timesbank, among others.

Shah comes with several years of experience and has been associated with TBWA, Mudra and JWT, where he handled brands like SET Max, Standard Chartered Bank, Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance, Dabur, HBO, Philips, BPL Mobile and Wrigley, among others. He is also a professional stand-up comic, with a flair for theatre and writing.

On his new role, Neville commented, “It’s good to know I’ll be working with and learning from the most creative bunch of people.”
